TODAY IS AN AMAZING DAY :
why u guys ask? Because we beat Ohio Weslian today and we are now the first place spot in our division. I LOVE MY GIRLS. honestly, there is no one else in the world that i would rather have on my team than the girls that we play with now. So things in the rugby world are great. But im sorry Chrisitian that you got a red card today and got kicked out of the game..... you are awesome. So we won 8 - 3, it was one of the closest games that i have ever played in my whole life. Good game ladies and gentlemen. Plus, my coach threw an amazing BBQ and actually let me eat. Hahaha its a long story, but she calls the backs thing bitchs and tells us usually that we arent allowed to eat. Kills me that woman. Much love to you

New realization these past couple of days. It makes me laugh watching people interact with eachother. hahah. I know that sounds funny, but it makes me laugh. Like on fridays morning where june and mike have now decided that they want to get full jump suits, bot not just any jump suits, the ones with the lil booties on the end. It kills me soo much.

Best weekend ever so far and its just getting better. I love meeting new people especially those who reside in the C-bus that make me laugh more than anything (thanks to carlos, justin, erika and all u guys for making me feel at home). Anyways, its off i go to rest the wounds from the rugby battle and ice my face from the right hook that i think i got. Anyways, have fun all and we will talk again lata!
NEW REVELATION

I CANNOT SPELL SO MAKING FUN OF ME OR CORRECTING THESE THINGS WILL DO NO GOOD BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THAT I WILL EVER LEARN.....
that is all

The day after yesterday:
Hi Everyone, welp i know its two days in the row but i dont know if this is going to happening all the time. Best time ever yesterday, doing what you ask? One of my favorite things ever and that is just sitting and listening to bands play. It's a plus that it might be one of my favorite bands this day. American Cherry was amazing as usual. Tom can take it away with the lyrics, Jordan on his guitar, and Mike on the sax ( sooo sexy ). I would say more about the rest of the band but i dont know them as well as these three so i cant make any passes at them. Anyways, so they opened for this band called Oval Opus . They are really good, and it was pretty funny when a certain person that is on a power trip tried to controll a certain Ray Finkle. I learned the hard way that you never sush or tell the Fink meister what to do without getting repremanded. So things are once again on cloud 9 for me today. I mean i have a really bussy day, but i learn to deal. Things will be awesome tonight (blushing) and tomorrow too and on saturday when we play Ohio Wesleian ( i cant spell) where we are going to win and take first place in our division for rugby ( i hope that is ). Well i am off to do more work than need be done. Talk to u all later.

oh and PS, i broke the door know off today when i was trying to shut the door without waking up the roomies, but it didnt really work out that well. YAHOOO

Yes people, im back and in action. How have u guys been? Me, awesome. School is awesome this year and things with the roomies are awesome. I have three this year. Right now we have a stinky kid. She reminds me of the kid in Charlie Brown comic that always has a dust cloud behind him mixed with a free caring hippi mixed in. Rommie #2, sometimes has the same problem with her "closet looks like it exploded all over" as someone quoted. By the way, she broke the door knob off to the hallway last night. She is 85 lbs of furry. And the third one is #2's assistant in the rebreaking off of the doorknob. We all like to call her the OCD child where sometimes one piece of rice on the counter makes her go over board, but we all love it. They named me the crazy room... I really cant figure out why though because i dont consider the jumpin on the couch all night something crazy and just because a lil bit more polish shows on me ( i am polish so i can say that). Anyways, welcome to the world of Shep 321 and 322. Anyways, i would love and stay and talk but i have to go.... we are going to go and see American Cherry perform at Slayter.... so excited American Cherry .

Topic of conversation: For th next couple of weeks, i have decided to explore what is appropriate for teenagers at school. Mostly, i thought it would be interesting to explore the ideas of sex education and what is considered ok for us to be able to talk about in highschool. I want to explore the idea of age limits in society and what they pertain to society. When is it ok to talk about certain things? Why is college considered the time to learn about life, but most of us arent allowed to drink till we are seniors. It just seems like so many things are contradicting in life. Here for example is a web site about what sex education teached teenagers in school. Sex Edu . This site talks about all ideas that could be talked about in sex ed, but the main reason why i am bringing this up is to show how parent approval has to be apart of the decision making process.

I know that is has been a year since the last time that i wrote, but im back in action BABY. More to come shortly ..... have to pay attention for class right now

FINAL GRADE
I know that some of u might be upset that you don't get to read about me for a while because this is my last entry, but don't worry. Just because the year is ending, does not mean that I am going to stop keeping you guys informed. Well we have to write an essay about what we have learned this semester. The question is what advice would you give to someone who wanted to produce an oral narrative for radio or web? YOU WANT TO DO IT is possibly what I would say for advice. I would have to say that make sure that you do something that is to your interest because there is no way to continue on a show that you are bored with because you will never get your best quality out of it. I think that in this generation, the only way to keep the attention of a lot of people is to make the show funny because people aren't going to stay interested in a show that is sort of serious for too long. Make sure that everyone in the group has an input into what you want to do because there is no way that people will work together if they don't all get to decide on everything. Carefully plan out all of the moves that you want to make so that nothing is over looked because if you don't plan out everything, most of the items you will forget. Always test your equipment before you use it because sometimes it looks like it works and it wont. When you interview, make sure that you are in an area where other noises wont interfere with your recording. Like recording outside or in a crowded area is a bad idea. The most ideal place is to go somewhere where the rooms are padded so that its not too loud. Having a very clear sounding interview is really important because all muffled sounds will be worthless when you are editing. However, before you start to make your interviews, make sure you write out a script as to what you are going to write and say when you get to you interview. Make the questions clear and precise so that the interviewee isn't confused. Then as you compose your interviews, make sure that create a semi story line that will help you know what kind of direction that you would like to go in. This way, the interview will sort of stay on track. Once, the interviews are all over and completed, go through with the group and discuss which interviews and interview parts you want to keep. This way, there is no bias as to which ones are choose. Then, once the interviews are chosen, be very careful when editing and make sure that you go through numerous times so that you have all the information that you want. Make sure that you keep insink with all the people that you work with and everything will be awesome.

Things on this side of the world are awesome right now in alot of ways, but not so much in a couple others. Last weekend was the lambda chi formal and it was really a great time. How often can you get really dressed up and go have a really nice dinner and dance the night away with an amazin guy. Then go out on the patio with all of your friends and get a great view of the city of columbus over the water, plus it was actually warm and not rainin at this time so it was aweosme. My parents came that weekend and got to see us play some rugby. How awesome is it that brian and grahm showed up at Ohio northern to see us play. It only takes like 2 1/2 hours when we get lost (yes thats right, we got lost going there and back, dont know how). It was an awesome time to see the fam. I miss them alot when they are away. PS, getting back to rugby, Wittenburg girls team are pieces of shit that play dirty to win. They beat us by 3 i think, but i have never seen a team play so diry and disrespectful in my whole time here on this planet. I would like to say that these people should be ashamed of themselves for the way that they acted. YOU the girl with the blus scrum cap on, yeah, threatenin to kill someone because you dont like the way that they hit you, well guess what, i kicked you ass when i ran straight over you. That was for June, yeah june, we dont let people treat us that way. BOOO WITTENBURG. we would have played them today in our tournamnet only if they didnt get kicked out for starting a fist fight with another team beacuse they were loosin 49- 0 hahaha. They even sent their guys team out there and tried to fight the girls team. Now i know the OSU girls, and sometimes they are a lil tough, but never in my life have i ever seen them try to start a fight with anyone. BOOO WITTENBURG

Now, You ladies and gentlemen are looking at the womens rugby team who after four hard hard games this weekend came and won the ohio classic tournament. YAHOO for us. We have been pushed so hard this semester that we deserve everything that comes with it. I made my debu at flyhalf. Not going to lie, its a lil hard and scary to be playing. I mean im trying to fill a pair of Kendricks shoes....... not that easy i promise you that. Yeah so the sad thing to this whole weekend was it was the last time that our seniors would play a real game against us. Yeah, its a lil wierd trying to come back next year with the best of the best leavin us and movin on to big and better things. I will miss them all.

Here is to the ladies that are better than the anything in the world, they are my inspiration and big sisters that i have always wanted, thank you guys for everything

Monday, April 19, 2004

Hello all. I know it has been a really long time since i last wrote, but things have been all over the place and what not with the year started to come to an end. How sad it that, in less than a month, i will be away from Denison and back on the homefront of Buffalo, N.Y.. Speakin of Buffalo, the fam came up this weekend, all of them. I loved every second of it. I really miss them when we arent together alot. (ps Today is Mama Reese's b-day. I cant tell u how old she is or she said that she will kill me). My sister is lookin older and older as the days go on and it sort of scary to think how she is getting to be so long. WOW
Other things that have been going on..... We lost our game on saturday to wittenburg 5-0. I am more than pissed that we lost because they sucked hard core and we were better than them. Plus we dont threaten lives when we are playing like some wittenburg girls. You know what i say to them, fuck you as i head butt my way across them, ( that really happened and it sort of hurt). Well we have Ohio Classics this weekend and we are going to KILL the first two teams that we play and then have another match against this many wittenburg team where we will distroy them hard core distroy type thing. FUCK UM UP RUGBY as katie bush likes to say sometimes.
Even in the mist of all this emotion of anger and saddness from loosing, my family was there and i got a lil special visit from Brian and Graham who suprised me and gwenn by commin to our game. What nice guys they are. And just leave it to me and brian for him to get lost on the way there and me to get lost on the way back where we had to rush to get ready for the lambda formal that was that night. That was interesting. HAHAHA
No no no i didnt want that to sound bad, i had an amazing time there. The building was awesome as well as all of my friends and date that i went with. Cudos to Charlie shmitt for putting it all together and the amazing dance that he set aside for me in the middle that somewhat made me uncomfortable. HAHAHA. But who cares, we all still had fun ALL NIGHT LONG and im done hahaha.
Anyways, well its off to 3 on 3 basketball for me on monday's and wednesday's IF ANY GIRLS WANT TO PLAY PLEASE COME DOWN AND JOIN US. . Also as i start to talk about playing sports.....

WE ARE LOOKING FOR WOMEN'S RUGBY PLAYERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN THE FALL. IF YOU LIKE TAKING OUT YOUR AGRESSION ON ANNOYING GIRLS, GETTING GREAT FRIENDS AND DRINKING JOIN US AND PLAY RUGBY

Friday, April 09, 2004

Today is friday, yes that s right. But the problem with this is that almost everyone is going home this weekend........ yeah. Its ok, im going to round up all the people on campus and have a HUGE cookout. Maybe. I mean if everyone contributes that is. Its starting to finally get nice, but i guess its going to drop once again next week. DAMN

Nothin really to talk about. So just have to make a comment that Kerry has fallen to the bottom of the latter with her new catch phrase for herself. "What's cooler than being cool, ICE KERRY" wow thats all i got... have a great weekend people and talk to you later

Wednesday, April 07, 2004

When you want to fix something, such as a telephone, don't you think that you should throw it against a wall and miraculously it will work again? See that's what I though, but I guess that my phone didn't like that. These past couple of days since I last wrote to you have been really interesting. Well lets see, I have to take summer classes because I don't think ill have enough time but its only going to cost 1,800 dollars for two classes. So you know welp guess that idea is out the window. But the funniest story of the week happened at 5a.m. today. I woke up in the middle of the night to see my roommate Beth standing between her bed and the wall flipping her mattress over. I couldn't figure out what she was doing so I asked her. So she said that she got her "package" for the month and it was bad so she had to wash her sheets. So I was like ok cool cool whatever. So I wake up at 7:30 and Beth is just looking at me. I asked her what was it and she told me that the whole story about the sheets, well she was sleep walking and it didn't happen. That's right, she took her bed apart and thought there was all this stuff of the sheets, but no there was nothing there. WOW

I get to choose where I live tomorrow with Katie, June and Julie. We are really excited but im not all worried like a lot of the girls here seem to be about it. IF it doesn't work out ok whatever, but already I have seen crying, bitch fights, guys throwing chairs, and everything else that you could do when u are pissed off. It's such a sad time of year when this lottery thing comes up for housing. Out of the four of us, out highest number is 71, but that's ok, im still not worried about it at all.

So yeah this summer, I am going to work at the YMCA summer camp and be a camp counselor. Its going to be really really awesome. I really hope I get the job and then I can work with lil kids and have some more experience if my whole teaching career thing works out.
Its been a really weird time lately here, I mean in a good way. Rugby is awesome and we are still undefeated. YES ! We play wittenburg next weekend and if we win, then we will be the champions of the division III bracket and possibly be moving up to Division II, it will be awesome. We still have the fam together. Its sort of a polygamy type thing in a sense because there are like 8 of us, but its ok because me and Evan will be taking care of all the old farts when they are in their wheelchair's and we are running marathons......... Yeah that's right ! We named it the P.C. fam (penis convention). I know its childish but most of the members are men and those who aren't like penis anyways so I mean its awesome. Peter congratulations on being alpha, while Brian got kicked down to Omega after his really bad joke that he had brought to the table. I forgave him after he told me about the drug cocktail he had for breakfast. Our immediate family is B2K (Kerry got that one all on her own). She is a lil creative gal, I love her very much hahahaha.

Well, that's all I know is that we have a rugby suite next year so when the 9 man shep lambda room isn't having a party, these girls will and you are all invited once we get it set up, unless someone else wants to donate their room to a party room ?

~Quote of the day: "Being Popular is important. Otherwise people might not like you"
~Funny/ Stupid quote of the day: "We weren't having sex yet while Beth was is here" " Yeah they were just pre-loading" - Brannan
~Best movie this week: Office space with the cankle mate yeah hurd.......

Gotta go now.: BEER TIME

Wednesday, March 31, 2004

Well guys, its Wednesday and once again I am swapped with work. The budget thing sucks. Why do u have to write a proposal for every single item u want? Honestly a page about what u want, who is going to read all that crap. Well anyways, I am having a day.......... U know those days were u think of the old days and sometimes wish that things were still that care free and u had no worries other than getting out of work ontime so u can go and party with all your friends. God I wish that was still the case. Things are good at school, but my friends from home are going to be missed a lot this summer when they aren't living here with me :( its ok though because I know that they are moving on to learn how to be on their own. Im just not at that stage yet. I like being sort of dependent on the fam and want to hold on to them for a lil while longer when its still an ok age to live with them. Well, I don't know, things did look up today though when I found out that our comm class 228 is cancelled for Friday and the rest of next week.. YES !! Not that we don't love u Prof. Gilbert, but no class is always good class....

Tuesday, March 30, 2004

Well today is Tuesday...... NASH BASH was the best tournament ever this year. Some of the highlights: 1. Dawn and dickie wanting to go swimmin in the water fountain, but Barnes actually going in naked and it only going up to his knees. 2.Barnes and Joann both getting necked by a guy dressed in a Hookers outfit then the same guy giving wittmer an ass rodeo, 3.Jon Bon getting tackled by the EKU girl who stole all of his tacos that he got by walking through the drive threw, 4. Casey puking on the bus yet still denying the fact that he ever pukes, 5. the hotel having to drain the hot tub because a lot of us decided to go skinny dipping, 6. Bates ripping out a duck crossing sign, throwing it in the pond and tackling wittmer without remembering any of it the next day, 7. Wolf getting kicked out of the hotel for public display of nudity ( which we had to sneak him back in at 4 in the morning), and 8. Of course a lot of amber bock on tap (way for June, Gwen, Phil and I to be the first ones in line).... WHAT? YEAH..... As Phil would say. There was of course more but that's all that is ok to write about right now. I have never seen so much tacking outside of a game, naked people, illegal events and people getting kicked out of hotels in one weekend. But it was really a good time all in all. If there are any girls out there that are reading this, or even boy for this matter, and you LOVE BEER, TACKLING AND A LOT OF ACTION, join the Rugby team because we can all promise a lot of those things.
If anyone went to battle of the bands, you all might have heard a band called American Cherry . This is a new band that I discovered to be really awesome and I know for sure that they are playing at relay for life on the 17th of April here at Denison @ 1 so I would suggest that you all go to support them. But yeah, hopefully the Lamda's here will have a concert that a certain Jeremy Heartburg has gotten my hopes up on. Dont disappoint Jeremy. Things here at Denison are really lookin up. This year is going amazing and I think that I have actually learned how to make the best out of a situation which is something that used to be a problem for a while. Hahaha.
Even though I don't get to be as cool as all those other school and live off campus, but I am going to have a sweet rugby room with Karen, Finkle, June, Katie, Julie, and I. Its really going to be awesome. This is a change that I am really looking forward to. I don't know what it is about today, but I feel like I am in my own world where I just cant stop smiling. It's a good thing, but anyways everyone good luck with everything these days weather it be work, looking for a job, dealing with something that isn't as easy or whatever, but good luck all.........

Thursday, March 25, 2004

Bye the way people............ today is DANIELLE ZAWODZINSKI'S 20TH BIRTHDAY...... HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANNY !!!!!
Today is thursday and yes, it is one day before we leave for NASH BASH. The best fuckin tournament in the history of rugby, well that might now be true, but u know waht i mean. Nashville, Tennessee where all u can do is drink alot and play rugby, which pretty much sums up my weekend that is commin up. Nash Bash is also a key for the start of the spring season so every weekend till the end of the year, i will be playin rugby with my girls. I am sooo happy for that. YAHOO...... well now its off to finish preparing for this event... Everyone have a great weekend........ i know i will :)

Tuesday, March 23, 2004

Today is usually always a good day for me. You know, no classes and we have rugby practice. YESSSS. Practice was just what i needed ot realize how much I missed Rugby we played 5 on 5 and 10 on 10 today. It was really fun, but my coach wants me to play this one postion where i need to learn to run in a straight line and its not easy. I am used to running sort of to the side so i can follow the back line, but i have to lead them so its a lil different and hard. But anyways that not really important............. its just a tiring day where i am really really sore and dont know really what to talk about so yah tada........ peac and love

Monday, March 22, 2004

Well its the first day back to school and things are already back on track, the Tridelts are havin a party upstairs and the Sig Eps are havin a st patties day party downstairs and the D chi's are havin a bar party tonight. Its college once again and i cannot complain. Well Denison is just the way that i left it the first time. I miss home of course and i miss spring break where my brother threw up all over the side of my friend Natalya's car along with some other great stories that i would love to share, but this is a PG-13 page in a sense or at least im trying ot keep it that way. One song that ALL people need to look up, The Darkness: I believe in a thing called love.... good good good song. But right now thats all i can say. I am taking a night off of drinking and moving to chocolate milk...... peace and love

Sunday, March 14, 2004

just so everyone knows, yes i am home for spring break but its awesome........ tonight is sunday but yet we are going down town of the st. patties day celebration irish style......... everyone have a good trip :-D

Sunday, March 07, 2004

Today is Sunday and I just wanted to write a lil bit about this weekends events and how awesome they were. Like many of the people on this campus this weekend, i was really under the influence for most of the weekend. 300 people joined on the quad friday night to celebrate the naked Frisbee and what not.... Very very good and I heard a new favorite song. Darkness: I believe, if u can still download its a good song. Um so yah that's all I wanted to say that it was a very big scene here and we had our first semi rugby party this weekend where my roommate Beth and I skunk Adam Wolfrod and his friend. For those of you that don't know what skunking is...... when you are playing beerpong, some people have a rule that if one team makes all of their cups and the other team doesn't make one, then you have to run around the building naked...... hahahha it was awesome that we actually skunked them. Cudos to you Boys for running........

Friday, March 05, 2004

Ok people today is a very very very big day.... can anyone guess why..... Ill tell u why... Starsky & Hutch is why. I have been waiting for this movie for over a month now and I cant hardly contain myself. I think that if u enjoyed meet the parents and old school, this is the movie for u .........!
On another note, my roommate got really drunk last night and became one of the two girls that decided to streak across north quad last night. People sort of cheered, but you know some of those north quaders, they aren't really allowed to talk that much. Tonight is going to be an array of parties that have the celebration for the end of naked week, but we have to keep it on the dl, because some people have to go and tell security about it and get us all in trouble... Who does that? So some people like to run naked, some people are ok with being naked with someone, and some don't. Its just one of those things.
Went to see the Wonderful town last night. The Denison musical here this year and it was quite an interesting set up. I mean, the way that the characters got to interact with the audience was quite fun, but at the same time, it was a lil close and personal for me. My date for the evening was very nice and decided he didn't want me to walk far so he parked on the sidewalk infront of Burke just to be a nice guy. Soo sweet.
Im all over the place today but the most important thing of today is for you all to see the movie that is at the top of this post...... I think we would all enjoy it :)
